AGC Instruments manufactures a complete line of Gas Chromatographs which are practical to use, designed and engineered for a chosen application. Each Gas Chromatograph is customised and manufactured to the exact application for which it will be used.
All detectors used (total of 8 available - Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD)Flame Ionisation Detector FID)Discharge Ionisation Detector (DID)High Frequency Argon Discharge Detector (HFADD)Photo Ionisation Detector (PID)) are manufactured by AGC Instruments. We pride ourselves as being the only Gas Chromatograph manufacturer that produces all its own detectors. In fact, we are a leading supplier of Chromatography detectors to the other manufacturers.
2.Laboratory Gas Chromatographs
GC Instruments' complete line of Gas Chromatographs are practical to use in laboratory environments and are designed and engineered for a chosen application. The AGC Series 600 Gas Chromatograph has the ability to interface with up to eight detectors from AGC Instruments with a comprehensive computer interface. It is a true combination of analytical instrumentation and computer technology and has been engineered for efficiency with a modest footprint for use in busy laboratories. All eight detectors available are manufactured by AGC Instruments
AGC Instruments manufactures Process Gas Chromatographs for applications within processing facilities and hydrocarbon processing industries such as a variety of refining, petrochemical, power, fine chemicals and environmental applications where selected components in gaseous or liquid streams must be precisely monitored on a continuous basis.
The explosion-proof, EExP (purged) solutions are ideal for continuous analysis in the harshest of environments such as hazardous areas of Zone 1 and Zone 2 classification.
4.Total Hydrocarbon Gas Analysers
The Model 23-502, uses the Flame Ionisation Detector (FID), which measures Hydrocarbons present in a sample stream.
The new 23 Series Total Hydrocarbon Gas Analyser is now available in a new form. After a very successful life in the Analog domain, we are happy to release the new digital Gas Analyser which will measure your Total Hydrocarbons in a Gas Stream.
5.Trace Gas Analysers (N2 & O2)
AGC Instruments manufactures Trace Gas Analysers for both Nitrogen and Oxygen for measuring impurities in %, ppm and ppb.The range of Trace Gas Analysers includes:
• Trace N2 Analyser
• Trace O2 Analyser
The family of Binary Stream Gas Analysers on offer give our Customers a full range of options to allow them to measure various Binary Stream mixtures in many Industrial processes from ppm to %.Using the AGC Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) which measures the difference in thermal conductivity between two gases. A selection of TCD's are available depending on the sensitivity required and the condition of the sample being measured.
Gases such as Helium, Hydrogen, Argon can be identified by passing the small wand over the area to be tested and a leak will be notified via the flashing LED display. Ideal for checking for Carrier Gases or Utility Gases used in a wide range of Instruments.
8.TrendVision Chromatography Software
TrendVision Chromatography Software is a complete Chromatography Integration package that provides the Gas Chromatograph Operator with all the tools needed to interpret the Data and Results from the Chromatograph.
It integrates all the instrument control, data handling, display, reporting and export functions needed in the usual industrial and laboratory environment into one package. This is contrary to many other systems, where simultaneous running of many different software applications is necessary to provide the same level of services.
9.Modified Atmosphere Packaging / MAP Analysers
AGC Instruments offers a range of handheld Analysers for use in the Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) or Controlled Atmosphere Packaging Industry to suit the various requirements of gas flushed products within the food packaging and food processing industry.
The range includes the Map-Pak O2 , The Map-Pak CO2 and the Map-Pak Combi which measures both CO2, O2 and N2 levels (the latter being as a balance).
